    • 214 W. Michigan Ave, Ypsilanti, MI 48197
  2. Where do I park?
    • Parking is available in front & back of the store.
  3. What are your hours?
    • Monday - Saturday, 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  4. How do I contact you?

 

ORDER QUESTIONS

  1. If I find a book on your site, does that mean it's currently in stock at your store?
    • If availability shows "On Our Shelves Now", we most likely have it, unless it is reserved by another customer.
    • If availability shows "Usually Ships in 1-5 Days", the title is available from our warehouse for shipping to us in 1- 5 days.
    • If availability shows "Backordered", the title is not available currently at the warehouse, but they are expecting more copies to be delivered. 
    • If availability shows "Special Order - Subject to Availability" means it is probably out of print and not available to us at an affordable price.
    • IF YOUR ORDER IS TIME SENSITIVE, please call us to check availability and shipping/delivery times.
  2. I received a confirmation e-mail. Does this mean that my order is ready to be picked up or has been shipped?
    • No. This just means that we've received your order, you will be contacted when your order has shipped or is ready to be picked up.
  3. What if I need to return something?
    • Please review our return policies and contact us with any further questions.
  4. What forms of payment do you accept?
    •  We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express) and if you're picking up in store, you may pay with cash.
  5. How can I check the status of my order?
    • Log in, select 'My Account' and Orders' a list of all orders and their current status is provided. Additionally, you may email us at info@blackstonebookstore.com or call us at 734-961-7376 with any questions about your order.
      • Post Checkout - Orders that have completed the checkout process and waiting to be processed - Pending, Processing. 
      • Payment Received - Orders for which the funds have been collected, but the order itself has not been completed.
      • Completed - Orders that have been processed (placed, shipped, ready to be picked up and payment collected) completely - Completed by Warehouse and Completed.

PICK-UP IN STORE

  • When will my order be ready for pickup?
    • You will receive an e-mail notification when your order is ready to be pick-up in store, normally within 5-7 business days.
  • Who can I contact if I do not receive a confirmation email for pickup?
    • If you have not received your "order has been completed..." email within 7 business days from the date your order has been places, please contact our Customer Support team for additonal assistance.
  • How long will you hold my order for pickup?
    • We will hold your order for 10 days once we've sent you a pick-up confirimation e-mail and will then send you a final pick-up e-mail. If the order has not benn picked up after 10 days, your order will be cancelled and payment will be refunded.
  • Is same day pick-up available?
    • We currently don't offer same day pick-up.
